Dolly – Sponsorship
This is Dolly. She is at The Horse Protection Society getting all the help she needs from a wonderful farrier named Jerry Turner. She is looking for a sponsor to help with her vet and farrier bills. Dolly is a 7 to 9 year old double reg QH who came to us in August in very bad shape. Please help this wonderful gal get a chance in life to just be a horse.
Vandy – Adoption
Vandy is a sweet 18 or so STB mare. Vandy is available for adoption only to a home who can love her and give her lots of attention. She is a been there done that kinda girl. She has stages where she goes through having sore joints. We are hoping that the dry climate will help. She might not be able to be ridden right now but things can change for her as she is new to the rescue. So right now she will need a home that is not expecting a riding horse. If the dry climates helps she will be good for light riding.
The Horses and Staff at OutbackJacks would like to thank:
The People of Princeton who have continued to bring their pennies to Deb at the Post Office.
Also Sharron of the Horse Protection Society of BC, Amba who is working with Dolly, Jerry Turner for all his hoof work, Nick the greatest vet around, Pea also with the Horse Protection Society of BC, Debbie at the Princeton Post Office, Dan and his caring wife, Lyn Davis and Janice for donations, Kathy at Kevin Acres Co-Op & Feed, Keith and Vinny of Everything Pets. The ladies at Whisper Ridge Country store, Darla and Grant Flack for moving up to Outbackjacks for help and support, Dale, Herbie, Rick and Patsy for all the times they came running to the ranch to help out.
Also none of this wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for all the help and work of Dierra Maynard and the wonderful people at the Similkameen Spotlight.
Thank you for your support and we hope to see the penny jar continuing filling.
To date Outbackjacks has helped and placed over 44 horses. With your donation we can do more
